Terms of Service

PlanHome is software: a building design and estimating tool. It helps you draw a plan, check it against planning rules you select, measure quantities, and produce concept documents.

PlanHome is not a registered practitioner and does not provide certification. Nothing it produces is architectural or engineering certification, a NatHERS or BASIX certificate, a building surveyor's assessment, or an approval of any kind. Drawings are concept output.

Feasibility results are a pre-assessment to help you have a better conversation with your council or certifier. Planning rules vary by state, council and site, they change, and only the presets we mark as state-level rules are anything more than an editable starting point. Confirm every figure with your council, certifier or draftsperson before you rely on it or spend money.

Quantities are estimates measured off the geometry you drew. Member sizing, structural design and pricing remain the responsibility of your builder, framer or engineer.

You need an account to save, share or export. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you, because sign-in links go there. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be accurate.

You keep ownership of everything you draw and upload. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your plans, show them back to you, generate the documents you ask for, and serve any share link you create.

We do not use your plans to train AI models. You are responsible for having the right to upload anything you import.

Drawing and measuring are free. Saving, sharing, exporting and AI generation are part of a subscription, currently $19 per month or $190 per year in AUD. DazzleDreams is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and the price you see is the price you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn that off. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which issues the invoice and receipt. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry and contact you before access is affected.

We may change prices, but not part-way through a period you have paid for. Existing subscribers get notice by email before a change takes effect.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — if something is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

Beyond that: because cancelling already lets you keep the time you paid for, we do not routinely refund part-used periods. If you think your situation warrants one, email info@filero.app and we will look at it properly.

Do not use PlanHome to break the law, upload content you have no right to, attempt to access other people's plans or accounts, probe or overload the service, or resell it as your own. We may suspend an account that does.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. If we discontinue the service, we will give account holders reasonable notice and time to export their plans.

Trade listings are a starting point, not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of price, licensing or suitability. Any arrangement you make with a trade, draftsperson, certifier or assessor is between you and them. Always get your own quotes and check licences.

To the extent the law allows, and subject to the consumer guarantees above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

In particular, we are not liable for decisions made or costs incurred in reliance on feasibility results, estimated quantities or concept documents without the independent professional confirmation these terms tell you to get.

You can stop at any time and delete your account yourself from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and we will email account holders about anything significant. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
